4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. UNYVAE's base currency is GBP (£).

Where currency conversion is provided, exchange rates may vary and your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion or transaction fees.

The total price payable, including any applicable shipping charges, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product information error after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order if, for example, there is a payment problem, stock or production issue, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or product information error
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
We cannot fulfil the order to the delivery destination provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

UNYVAE products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur due to production, carriers, customs, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility we have for delivery under applicable consumer law.

7. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control charges imposed by customs authorities.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our voluntary returns policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or limit those rights.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us investigate the issue.

Your rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods are not affected by these Terms.
