Processing & Fulfilment Time All orders are produced and fulfilled by our fulfilment partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (UK) Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–11 business days.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 10–28 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
